By booking Bird & Bed - Lakefront Caravan Escape, you agree to the following:

*The accommodation is for maximum of 2 guests.

* No smoking, vaping, parties or illegal activities are permitted.

* Water Safety: Bird & Bed is a lakefront accommodation, however - swimming & other water activities are not permitted, as they are not covered by our insurance. Guests are asked to stay out of the water at all times. 

*Guests are responsible for any damage to the caravan or its contents beyond normal wear & tear.

*Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. 

*To the extent permitted by law, Bird & Bed managers are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to guests' personal belongings.

*By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
